What makes our shave ice better than crushed ice snow cones?
A snow cone made from crushed ice is more like hail stones – typically much crunchier, and the syrup will often sink to the bottom, as it is unable to soak into the hard ice.
But with our shave ice, you get an amazingly soft, snowy texture that soaks up all the flavour from the syrup to make every mouthful even better than the last.
